SoS Post 2

The secret society, Seven Days, Guitar is a part of made me think deeply about how messed up the situation was. On the one hand yes it's awful that blacks are being killed and the killers are being left unpunished, but on the other hand it's equally as awful for blacks to be killing whites at random. There's no right justification for murder of either race. Guitar in this sense is becoming just as morally wrong and "unnatural" as the whites who are murdering blacks. The Seven Days society Guitar is a part of shows how Morrsion was attempting to give the reader a sense of how confused people were. Although Guitar's immense rage is justifiable, him murdering whites doesn't help racism or how the American American community is seen.
